Company, acquired an additional 22,000 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in
the Company. The shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange at a price
of 430.10 pence per share on 20 November 2007. The notification was received by
the Company on 22 November 2007 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
