27 May 2010 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 26 May 2010, it received notification of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by a non-executive director of the Company.

On 26 May 2010, Fabiola Arredondo sold 9,315 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 594p per share.

The notification to the Company was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
