Director Shareholdings

16 June 2011 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 15 June 2011, it received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by directors of the Company.

Co-Investment Plans

In accordance with the terms of the Experian Co-Investment Plan and the Experian North America Co-Investment Plan, the Company made awards over its ordinary shares on 15 June 2011 to certain directors by reference (per share) to the prices set out below. The awards of deferred matching ordinary shares are subject to performance conditions and the maximum numbers of shares that could vest in the case of each director in respect of such awards are set out below.

Note:      The award for Paul Brooks was calculated with reference to his bonus net of tax. The awards for Don Robert and Chris Callero were calculated with reference to their gross bonuses and will be taxed at the point of vesting. All matching share awards were calculated on a gross basis and will be taxed at the point of vesting.

Performance Share Plan

In accordance with the terms of the Experian Performance Share Plan, the Company also made awards over its ordinary shares on 15 June 2011 to certain directors by reference to a price of 789.50p per share. The awards are subject to performance conditions and the maximum numbers of shares that could vest in the case of each director in respect of the awards are as follows:
