16 June 2011 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has received notification of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by a director of the Company.

On 14 June 2011, Sir John Peace, the Chairman of the Company, sold 20,000 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange as at a price of 801.50p per share.

The notification to the Company, received on 16 June 2011, was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
