24 February 2012 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has received notification of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by a director of the Company.

On 24 February 2012, Sir John Peace, the Chairman of the Company, sold 80,000 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 955p per share.

The notification to the Company, received on 24 February 2012, was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
