                               DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has received notification that, on 7 September 2007, Mr. John Peace
(a director of the Company) exercised  options in respect of the undernoted
shares in the Company. The options were granted on the dates set out below under
the Group's executive share option schemes and rolled over into Experian shares
on demerger (10 October 2006).
