2 April 2013 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has received notification of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by a director of the Company.
On 28 March 2013, Sir John Peace, the Chairman of the Company, sold 200,000 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 1145.89p per share.
The notification to the Company, received on 28 March 2013, was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
