4 June 2013 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by directors of the Company.

Co-Investment Plan and Performance Share Plan

On 3 June 2013, awards over ordinary shares which were granted to certain directors in June 2010 under the Experian North America Co-Investment Plan and the Experian Performance Share Plan vested. On 3 June 2013, some of the resulting ordinary shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange as follows, all at a price of 1206.6824p per share:
