9 January 2023 ─ Experian, the global information services company, announces that Dr Ruba Borno, a Non-Executive Director of Experian plc (the "Company"), has notified the Company of her intention to step down as a Director of the Company with effect from 31 January 2023.
Mike Rogers, Chair of Experian, said:
"We would like to thank Ruba for her valuable contributions to Experian and the Board since becoming a Director in April 2018. The Board has benefitted greatly from the valuable insights, guidance and counsel that Ruba has provided over her tenure, and we wish her every success for the future."
