Transaction in Own Shares

15 June 2016 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following:-  

Further to the announcement by the Company on 10 November 2015 of an extended share repurchase programme, the Company announces that, on 15 June 2016, it purchased 465,000 of its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each at an average price of 1251.5766 pence per share (minimum price of 1,243 pence and maximum price of 1,258 pence). 

The shares purchased will be cancelled.
