Director Declaration

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Advance
Focus Fund Limited ("ADF") announces that Christopher Spencer is a
director of Thames River Tybourne Fund Limited and Kenmore European
Industrial Fund Limited.

ADF also announces that Christopher Spencer is no longer a director
of Gartmore SICAV and that Thames River Garret Fund Limited, a
company of which he was a director, is no longer listed and following
its de-listing was wound up voluntarily.
