ADDITIONAL LISTING

100,000 partly paid shares in Fusion Oil & Gas NL ('FOG') paid up and
converted into ordinary shares in Fusion

Application to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange
('AIM') for the admission of these additional ordinary shares

The Directors of Fusion have received notice from a partly paid shareholder in
FOG that they are paying up the balances due in respect of 100,000 partly paid
shares in FOG. Fusion is now obliged, as described in the AIM Admission
document dated 22 September 2000, to acquire the shares and to issue, as
consideration, fully paid ordinary shares in Fusion.

Application has been made to AIM for the listing of the additional ordinary
shares, and dealings are expected to commence on Friday 22 December 2000.
