Fusion Oil and Gas plc ('Fusion')
24,500 partly paid shares in Fusion Oil & Gas NL ('FOG') paid up and converted
into ordinary shares in Fusion.
Application to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange
('AIM') for the admission of these additional ordinary shares
The Directors of Fusion have received notice that the balance due in respect of
24,500 partly paid shares in FOG has been received. Fusion is now obliged, as
described in the Admission Document dated 22 September 2000, to acquire the
shares and to issue, as consideration, fully paid ordinary shares in Fusion.
Application has been made to AIM for the listing of the additional ordinary
shares expected on 2 December 2002. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu
with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
