Appointment of Director

Pursuant to a nomination under the terms of the share subscription agreement
dated 29 June 2000 between Fusion and Westmount Energy Limited ('Westmount'),
which entitles Westmount to nominate a second non-executive director in addition
to Derek Williams so long as they hold more than 15% of the ordinary share
capital of Fusion, Fusion is pleased to announce that Alan Levison (whose
appointment as alternate director to Derek Williams was announced on 31 March
2003) was appointed as a full non-executive director on 29 May 2003.

There are no further disclosures required under paragraph (f) of Schedule Two of
the AIM Rules.
