NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Fusion Oil & Gas plc (the 'Company') was informed on 15 November 2002 that
Jonathan Taylor, a director of the Company, and his spouse S Taylor have assumed
trusteeship of a family trust as a result of which 500,000 ordinary shares in
the Company and 1,050,000 partly paid shares of Fusion NL to which they were
previously beneficially entitled are now registered in their names (in their
capacity as trustees). This transfer took place on 26 October 2002. Mr Taylor's
total beneficial entitlement remains unchanged at 500,100 ordinary shares, or
0.51 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and 1,050,000 partly
paid shares of Fusion NL, each of which is convertible into one share in the
Company when paid up.
