Notification of appointments and resignations of directors

Following the acquisition by Sterling Energy plc ('Sterling') of more than 50%
of the ordinary share capital of Fusion, Dr Richard Stabbins and Mr Patrick
O'Connor have resigned as non-executive directors of Fusion and 
Mr Richard O'Toole (Chairman of Sterling), Mr Harry Wilson (Chief Executive 
Officer of Sterling), Mr Graeme Thomson (Finance Director of Sterling) and 
Mr Nigel Quinton (Operations and Technical Director of Sterling) have been 
appointed to the board of Fusion as Directors.
