Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. Holds Annual and Special Shareholder Meeting

DUBLIN, IRELAND--(Marketwired - Sept. 30, 2013) - Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:FO)(AIM:FOG)(ESM:FAC) ("Falcon" or the "Company") held its Annual & Special Shareholder Meeting in Dublin today.

All of the resolutions considered and voted upon by the shareholders were approved. The full text of each resolution was included in the notice of the meeting circulated to shareholders.
