Grant of Options

fastjet (AIM: FJET), Africa's low-cost airline, and its Remuneration Committee are pleased to announce that on 15 August 2016, the following options  have been granted to Directors of the Company, exercisable at 31.5p, being the warrant price adopted in the recent fundraising exercise.  The options represent, in aggregate, 1.99 per cent. of the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.

The options are issued under two schemes; the Tax Advantages 2015 CSOP Scheme and the Standard 2015 CSOP Scheme.

The options will be capable of exercise for a period of 10 years from their grant and will lapse at the end of the period.
