fastjet is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Mitchell as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Currently working with the Company on a consultancy basis, Lisa was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Ophir Energy plc, a FTSE-250 listed upstream and production oil and gas company, with assets in East and West Africa as well as Asia. Lisa has more than 20 years experience as a senior finance officer in the resources and pharmaceutical sectors and has worked in both AIM quoted and Main Market listed companies.
Lisa will be replacing Nick Caine as he steps down from the Board, as previously announced on 5 October 2015.

Lisa, a Certified Practising Accountant with the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, has a Bachelor of Economics (major in Accounting) from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia and has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Chartered Secretaries Australia.
