Further to fastjet's announcement on 4 December 2015 that Bryan Collings and Robert Burnham would not be standing for re-election at the Company's next AGM, fastjet today announces that Bryan Collings has resigned from the Board of fastjet plc with immediate effect whilst Robert Burnham will now stand for re-election at the AGM.

Colin Child, Executive Chairman, commented:  "The Board would like to thank Bryan for his valued contribution to the Company and we wish him every success for the future."
