The Company notifies that, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Lonrho Plc has informed the Company that, as at 28 August 2013, Lonrho Plc's interest in the Company is 116,033,745 shares. As a result of recent equity issued, Lonrho Plc's percentage interest in the Company has been diluted to 36.1%.
