The Company notifies that, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Lonrho Plc has informed the Company that, as at 1^st July 2013, Lonrho Plc's interest in the Company remains as 1,160,037,455 shares. As a result of recent equity issued, Lonrho Plc's percentage interest in the Company has been diluted to 41.47%.
