Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and General Meeting ("GM")

fastjet, the low-cost African airline, announces that it will hold its AGM in the Lingfield Suite, Hilton London, Gatwick Airport, South Terminal, RH6 OLL at 10.00 am on 28 June 2016.  The AGM will be immediately followed by a GM which has been convened following a request from EasyGroup Holdings Ltd as announced on 27th May 2016.

The 2015 Report and Accounts, the Notices of both the AGM and GM together with the relevant Forms of Proxy have been distributed to shareholders today.  Copies of the 2015 Report and Accounts and the Notices of both the AGM and GM will be available to view and download shortly from the Company's website: www.fastjet.com
