fastjet, the low-cost African airline, announces that it will hold a General Meeting ("GM") at the offices of Liberum, Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY at 10am on 27 July 2018.

The 2017 Annual Report and Accounts together with the Notice of the GM and Forms of Proxy have been distributed to shareholders.  A copy of the Notice of the GM will be available to view and download shortly from the Company's website: www.fastjet.com
