Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

FBD Holdings plc ('FBD' or the 'Company') has today issued the Annual Report for 2016 (incorporating a Letter from the Chairman and Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting) (hereinafter "the 2016 Annual Report") to Shareholders and published it on its website www.fbdgroup.com. 

The 2016 Annual Report and the Proxy Form for the 2017 Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the U.K. National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection or downloading at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Irish Farm Centre, Old Naas Road, Bluebell, Dublin 12, Ireland on Friday 5 May 2017 at 11.00 a.m.
