Annual Information Update ("AIU")

13 April 2011

1. Introduction

FBD Holdings plc published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2010 on 30 March 2011 and is now submitting its AIU to the Stock Exchange in accordance with Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I. NO. 324 of 2005) covering the period from 13 April 2010 to 13 April 2011 inclusive (the"period").  We are publishing the AIU via an RIS today and will be making it available on the Investor News Section of our website www.fbdgroup.com.
