following Board appointments were approved with effect from 10th December 2004.



Mr. Andrew Langford: Executive Director - Finance

Mr. Adrian Taheny:  Executive Director - Insurance Marketing & Sales



In relation to paragraph 16.4 (a) of the Listing Rules, I confirm that Mr.
Langford and Mr. Taheny have not held any directorships in any other publicly
quoted company at any time during the past five years.



In relation to paragraph 16.4 (b) of the Listing Rules, I confirm that there are
no details to be disclosed in relation to details required by paragraph 6.F 2
(b) to (g)
