I wish to confirm that a Board Meeting of this company has been fixed for
Monday 6th March 2000, at which the results of this Company for year ended
31st December 1999 will be approved. A final dividend is expected to be
determined and a payment date decided on.
It is intended to release the results to the Stock Exchange and the Public on
Tuesday 7th March 2000.
