FBD Holdings has to-day applied to the Stock Exchange in Dublin and to the UK
Listing Authority in London for permission for 29,000 Euro0.60 ordinary shares
to be dealt in on the Official List in Dublin & London. The shares have been
allotted, due to the exercising of shares options by the Executives named
hereunder. Following the latest application, the total number of Euro0.60
ordinary shares in issue will be 41,816,683.
