FBD Holdings has to-day applied to the Stock Exchange in Dublin and to the UK
Listing Authority in London for permission for 58,000 €0.60 ordinary shares to
be dealt in on the Official List in Dublin & London. The shares have been
allotted, due to the exercising of share options by the Executives named
hereunder. Following the latest application, the total number of €0.60 ordinary
shares in issue will be 41,874,683.
