Pursuant to the Company's Share Option Scheme, Options totalling 181,000 €0.60
Ordinary shares have been exercised.  Application has been made to the Irish
Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority in London for these shares to be
admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official List
of the UK Listing Authority, and the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be
admitted to trading.  The shares rank pari passu in all respects with existing
ordinary shares.   Following the last application, the total number of €0.60
ordinary shares in issue will be 41,917,855





Copies of this announcement are available for fourteen days from the registered
