Re: Date for Results

I wish to confirm that a Board Meeting of this company has been fixed for
Monday, 5th March 2001 at which the results of this Company for the year ended
31st December 2000 will be approved. A final dividend is expected to be
determined and a payment date decided on.

It is intended to release the results to the Stock Exchange and the Public on
Tuesday, the 6th March 2001.
