I wish to confirm that a Board Meeting of this Company has been fixed for
Tuesday, 7th    March 2006 at which the results of this Company for the year
ended 31st December 2005 will be approved.   A final dividend is expected to be
determined and a payment date decided on.



It is intended to release the results to the Stock Exchange and the Public on
Wednesday,  the 8th  March 2006.
