Re: Rule 15.22 Announcement
FBD Holdings plc wishes to announce that, today 21st March 2005, it has
transferred 139,000 treasury shares to employees who exercised share options.
The shares were transferred at a lowest price of €2.35 and highest price of
€4.60.
After the transaction, the Company holds 1,371,900 treasury shares and the total
number of shares in issue, less the total number of treasury shares held by the
Company, amounts to 37,889,306.
