Re: Board Meeting re: Final Results


I wish to confirm that a Board Meeting of this Company has been fixed for
Monday, 4th March 2002 at which the results of this Company for the year ended
31st December 2001 will be approved. A final dividend is expected to be
determined and a payment date decided on.

It is intended to release the results to the Stock Exchange and the Public on
Tuesday, the 5th March 2002.
