Interim Results Analyst Presentation

FBD Holdings plc ("FBD") will issue its Half Yearly Report for the Six Months ended 30 June 2012 on Tuesday 28 August 2012 at 7.00 a.m.  Please note that this differs from the date which was previously announced on 16 December 2011 due to the existence of a public holiday in the UK on Monday 27 August 2012.

Management will present the results for the Six Months ended 30 June 2012 to analysts at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday 28 August 2012 at the Temple Bar Hotel, Fleet Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
