I wish to confirm that a Board Meeting of this Company has been fixed for
Tuesday 24 August 2004, at which the results of this Company for the half year
ended 30th June 2004 will be approved.  An interim dividend is expected to be
determined and a payment date decided on.



It is intended to release the results to the Stock Exchange and the Public on
Wednesday the 25th August 2004.
