Senior Management Appointment

FBD Holdings plc ("FBD" or the "Group") is very pleased to advise that further to its announcement on 30 September 2015 of the retirement of Mr. Cathal O'Caoimh, Mr. Paul D'Alton has today joined the Group and the Executive Management Team as Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis for a period of approximately one year. 

Mr. D'Alton has extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles in the general insurance, banking and manufacturing sectors.  His experience extends to both publicly listed and privately held companies.
