Agreement with BT Group plc
First Derivatives plc announces that yesterday it signed a joint venture
agreement with BT Group plc ('BT'). Under this agreement BT, under the BT
eBusiness Manager brand name, will market a suite of hosted applications to
small and medium sized businesses under its broad-band initiative throughout the
UK. This suite will consist of the software applications recently acquired from
E-hub.com plc together with others developed by the Company. Further details of
the BT offering can be seen on the partnership web site http://
www.btebusinessmanager.com. The contract will run for an initial period of 2
years and thereafter is renewable annually subject to 6 months notice by either
party.
Commenting, Brain Conlon, Managing Director of First Derivatives plc, said:
