                            Director / PDMR Holding



The Company was notified today that Mr. Adrian Toner, Non Executive Director,
yesterday acquired 1,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 263 pence
per share.



Following this transaction Mr. Toner's holding has increased to 19,944 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.15 per cent. of the total
voting rights of the Company.
