                            Director / PDMR Holding


The Company was notified today that Mr. Adrian Toner, Non Executive Director,
has acquired 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 273 pence per
share on 16 November 2007.

Following this transaction Mr. Toner's holding increased to 25,944 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.20 per cent. of the total
voting rights of the Company.
