                              Exercise of options

Employees of the Company have exercised options to subscribe for 66,000 ordinary
shares in the Company of 0.5p each on 5 July 2007.

Application has been made for the 66,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM. Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 12 July
2007.
