Exercise of options and Directors' dealing
Employees of the Company have exercised options to subscribe for 125,733
ordinary shares in the Company.
Application has been made for the 125,733 ordinary shares, to be admitted to
trading on AIM. Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Thursday 16
March 2006.
Application has also been made for a further 497,458 ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM. These shares have been issued previously as a
result of the exercise of options by employees but, due to an administrative
error, no application for these shares to be admitted to AIM was made at the
time. Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Thursday 16 March
2006
The above shares have all been issued and allotted and will rank pari passu in
all respects with the existing shares in issue. The issued share capital of the
Company is currently 12,714,858 ordinary shares.
