First Derivatives plc (the 'Company')
Exercise of Options
The Board announces that, following the exercise of options by certain
employees, 43,333 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued and allotted.
Accordingly, application has been made for the 43,333 new ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on
20 November 2007.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the
Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company
will increase to 13,131,491 ordinary shares.
