Issue of Equity
FD (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I) announces that on the 21 December 2018 the Company allotted 53,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees.
Furthermore, on 21 December 2018 the Company allotted 127,400 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in respect of the final instalment of deferred consideration relating to the acquisition of Prelytix Inc. ('Prelytix'), announced on 26 February 2015.
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM and it is expected that admission will take place on 3 January 2019. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following these allotments, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 26,162,258 ordinary shares.
