Issue of Equity

 

FD announces that on 24 January 2020 the Company allotted 190,167 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees.

 

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth and it is expected that admission will take place on 30 January 2020. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 27,150,193 ordinary shares.
