Employees of the Company have exercised options to subscribe for 62,000 ordinary
shares in the Company on 16 February 2007.



Application has been made for the 62,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM. Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 5 March
2007.
