Notice of AGM
FD (AIM: FDP.L, Euronext Growth: FDP.I) announces that a copy of its annual report for the financial year ending 29 February 2020 has been posted to all shareholders. It is also available on the Group website at www.firstderivatives.com.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on 8 July 2020 at the Group's Head Office at 3 Canal Quay, Newry, County Down BT35 6BP. Due to current restrictions relating to COVID-19 please note that this is a closed meeting and no shareholders are permitted to attend. Instead, you are encouraged to vote your shares by proxy and the voting results of all resolutions proposed will be announced as soon as possible after the Meeting. If any shareholders have questions they would like to raise with the Board, they are invited to submit them for the attention of the Chairman via info@firstderivatives.com.
