Result of AGM

FD Technologies (AIM: FDP.L, Euronext Growth: FDP.I) announces that its Annual General Meeting was held earlier today, at which all resolutions were duly passed. A breakdown of voting is available at the Group web site at www.fdtechnologies.com.

The Board notes that resolution 4 (to reappoint Virginia Gambale as a Director of the Company) was passed with the necessary majority but with less than 80% in favour. The Board will continue to engage with shareholders to understand their concerns with respect to this resolution and will provide an update in due course.
