Result of AGM

First Derivatives plc is pleased to announce that the resolutions proposed 
today at the AGM were duly passed.


At the AGM held today the Chairman made the following statement:


'The Board is delighted with the way in which the Company is performing in the
current year. Staff recruitment plans are ahead of schedule to keep up with
demand and the relationships with our partner software companies are developing
well.'
